To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, or in the same condition as you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Refund and Exchange Policy
All items are made to order and, therefore, are non-returnable unless there is a defect.
If you purchase any item that is deemed defective, those items will be replaced with identical items in the same size. No exceptions will be made.
For all items, please check them before washing, as we do not accept returned shirts that have been laundered.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If an item is faulty, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown, we will take corrective action, which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges or providing a replacement product and a pre-paid return shipping label for the incorrect item.
*Damaged or faulty items include unraveled seams and/or holes present before washing.
If you discover an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible to see if we can make corrections.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate address changes, relocations, or product variant changes after an order has been shipped.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Additionally, contact your bank, as there may be processing time before a refund is posted.

Clearance & Final Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.
We ship to the address provided in PayPal, so please verify that the information is accurate. Any returned orders will be reshipped at your expense.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for your replacement or exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
